Welcome to Thai Cuisine, a delightful gem located at Severinstraße 155, 50678 Köln, Germany. This restaurant has carved a niche in the vibrant food scene of Köln, becoming a coveted destination for lovers of authentic Thai fare.
From the moment you step inside, the enticing aromas transport you to the heart of Thailand. The dishes here tell a story—each one crafted with care and passion. Another star on the menu is the Pad Thai, a staple in Thai cooking. Though opinions vary, many appreciate the restaurant for its enjoyable atmosphere, perfect for a midday break during the workweek. The lively ambiance echoes the vibrancy of Thailand itself, making it an excellent backdrop for lunch or dinner.
Let’s not forget the red curry, a harmonious blend of coconut milk and spices that fans describe as “good,” even if some palates crave a bit more heat. Diners also enjoy the papaya salad and coconut milk soup, which add a refreshing crunch and creamy richness, respectively. The weathered ambience, including outdoor seating options, enhances the dining experience, allowing you to savor your meal while enjoying fresh air.
While some guests have had mixed experiences, like a Pad Thai that missed the mark or noodle dishes that left them wanting, the overall sentiment remains positive. The friendly staff, though busy and occasionally challenged by language barriers, contribute to the welcoming atmosphere.
In summary, Thai Cuisine is more than just a restaurant; it is an experience of flavor and culture. With its varied menu and cozy setting, it promises to cater to both the curious newcomer and the seasoned Thai food enthusiast alike. Don’t hesitate to discover your next favorite dish here.

Tom yum and fried rice is so nice. It has a taste of Thai and it smell really good. The chicken rhab has so much smell of peppermint. The chicken panang is also good.

Very popular restaurant for a work day lunch. Papaya salad and coconut milk soup are satisfying, while pha thai does not live up to my expectations. The Thai vibe is good tho. You have to find yourself a table because the waitresses are too busy serving dishes.

A good Thai food in the city center. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp and both were delicious; just the eggs didn’t taste good. The staff was polite and friendly, but they couldn’t speak English. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice; you can sit outside and enjoy fresh air while eating. Prices were also reasonable.

Restaurant is good. Ambience is good. Nice place to chill. The red curry with coco milch is good. Noodles are not so great, didn't enjoy them at all. Haven't tried the fried rice. Food is decent enough. Not spicy enough but the flavour of the curry is good. A decent place to have some Thai.

When I arrived on Sunday around 12:30pm, the restaurant looked like just opened. Ordered at the counter, food served around 8-10min later as it is made by order. The Tom Yam Soup and red curry were fair, taste adapted to local favor. Good price. Clean environment.

The food was ok, perhaps a bit localized... but we left full. We day street side which was cooler than the interior. It seemed only a few staff spoke some English, but we composed our order on my phones note pad... and showed them the numbers. Payment was by cash only... according to the sign on the counter.
